Hi Joe,

I've attached the complete popup (Jim's screenshot only showed part of it).

The popup can be accessed by opening a Guided Rule in the Authoring Perspective (e.g. navigate to the "mortgages" project and the org.mortgages package using the Project Explorer). Once a guided rule has been opened there is a green + icon to the right hand side of the "then" section in the editor. Click this icon.

"Insert" and "Insert Logical" are only two types of action available from the popup. The other types of action don't "insert" anything and don't care about the proposed checkbox to differentiate between vanilla insert and logical insert.

I hope this helps; if not ping me (or Rikkola - I'm on PTO soon).

The screen shot attached is for 6.2 community (to become 6.1 product) and differs in appearance to that for 6.0.x. Function/operation is unchanged.
