Description of problem:
The Hadoop server, client, and other packages are not available on RedHat. It is currently available up through Rawhide in Fedora and was previously available up to the EL6 branch.

Actual results:
Hadoop is not available in the epel7 branch

Expected results:
Hadoop would be available in the epel7 branch
