I am seeing exactly the same problem with parted version 1.6.3-31. In testing whether it's an ext3 issue - it shouldn't be as it's supported, I converted the ext3 partition to ext2 and retried; but to no avail. I am getting the same error on an ext3 file system on RHEL3 with Parted 1.6.3. I need parted as part as part of a recovery procedure. Please let me know of any workarounds or fixes. m.mccune Same here.... no matter which version of parted I use, I get the same issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 90894 *** Changed to 'CLOSED' state since 'RESOLVED' has been deprecated. |
