Description of problem:
When I try to export chart as an SVG img it fails and produce an empty file.
Tried other img formats (jpeg, png) and those work fine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libreoffice-4.0.4.2-13.el6

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select chart only.
2. Right click -> Export as graphic
3. Select SVG as a format and export

Actual results:
Empty file, 0B 

Expected results:
Valid SVG img

Additional info:
Not a regression
