Description of problem:

Foreman only accepts passwords of 8 or more chars, but shows "should be more than 8 chars", if you put a password in shorter than 8 it will error out with the password field in red.

Now for the Host creation, under the "Operating System" tab the NOTE for root password is "Password must be 8 characters or more". 

VERIFIED using sat6.1 beta snap4.
