"Bonus" subscriptions that with requirements to be used only on guests of specific hypervisor hosts need to display this information.

This bug has been verified and passed, please see following steps, thanks!

1, register both host and guest to Satellite
2, in host, attach subscription that can generate bonus
3, check subscription type in Satellite web ui, it shows "Guest of XXX", please see captures attached.
