there isn't anything parallel to RunMultipleQueries in the rest api today. 

this can/will be worked-around in the JavaScript SDK itself (simply several requests will be invoked instead of a single request to multiple pieces of data), however we may need to handle potential performance regressions that may occur as a result.

As with bug 1132246 I don't see any reasonable way to implement this in a REST fashion.
