In php55-php-fpm when using error_log = syslog, it is not interpreted as an special word and it logs errors to a file named "syslog (/opt/rh/php55/root/usr/syslog) instead.

A bug in php.net exists (see https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=66239), and a patch has been committed.

I would like the fix to be incorporated to the official SCL RPMs

Upstream bug with fix #67531

Previous fix is enough for RHEL-6 (SysV init)

For RHEL-7 (systemd), fix for #67530 is also required.
