Title: Configuration script for NFS-ganesha is missing

Describe the issue:
The configuration script "rhs-nfs_ganesha.sh" which is referred to in the RHS 3.0EA Admin guide to configure NFS-ganesha to use Gluster file shares is missing. It should be provided by the package "nfs-ganesha.<version>.rpm" on the RHS 3.0EA ISO and should be installed into the directory /usr/lib/glusterfs/.unsupported but is not part of the RPM and therefor doesn't get installed. 

Suggestions for improvement:
Complement the package nfs-ganesha.rpm and add this file.

"rhs-nfs_ganesha.sh" is obsolete. We have provided new CLI options to bring-up ganesha server in RHS3.0.  RHS3.0 EA admin guide was not updated with these new options as nfs-ganesha is still under tech-preview.

Please refer to RHS3.0 release admin guide for the info on new options provided.
