Description of problem:
Software Center didn't show any packages list when boot up live images from a VM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.13.90

How reproducible:
Each time as steps provided below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In a VM bootup workstation live CD.
2. Start Software Center and check Installed packages or All packages.
3. It will not show anything. 

Actual results:
Doesn't show any information about packages.

Expected results:
It should show installed packages.

Should be fixed in 3.13.92. There was an issue with the shell search provider that led to gnome-software not working.
