Description of problem:
The xl2tpd package is not available in EPEL7; it is present in EPEL5 and EPEL6.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install xl2tpd


Actual results:
No package xl2tpd available.


Expected results:
Successful installation of package xl2tpd.

Additional info:
The current SPEC in git (http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/xl2tpd.git) builds, but won't install due to a dependency issue with "kmod(l2tp_ppp.ko)". This might be related to #1099331
