Patch for rawhide and f21

The disablement of kross-ruby with ruby-2.x was not necessary (as it is largely compatible with 1.9.x), and was finally fixed upstream in the 4.12 and newer branches:

Patch for rawhide and f21 attached; this could also be backported to f20.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

Changing version to '25'.
