Execute rhel-osp-installer, and get to the 'subscription manager credentials' listing.

3. Comma separated repositories:        rhel-7-server-openstack-5.0-rpms
4. Subscription manager pool (optional): 
5. Proceed with configuration
6. Skip this step (provisioning won't subscribe your machines)

The output in the Subscription Manager step has been updated. I note that that option 4 has changed again: from "4. Subscription manager pool (optional):" to "4. Subscription manager pool (recommended):". This has been reflected in the documentation.
