Description of problem:
Since RHSC is now supported with firefox version greater than 17, text from the login prompt which says "This Browser version isn't optimal for displaying the application graphics (refer to Documentation for details)" should be removed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install firefox version greater than 17.
2.
3.

Actual results:
A Text is being displayed on the login prompt which says "This Browser version isn't optimal for displaying the application graphics (refer to Documentation for details)" 


Expected results:
This above said text should be removed as RHSC now supports firefox version greater than 17.

Comment 10 from BZ 880509 (the one which this BZ duplicates) states:

Based on this comment and the fact that BZ 880509 was created for RHS 2.0,
I'm going to leave it closed as it is.

On the other hand since this very issue has been reported for RHS 3.0 and
at the same time it is still present in current dev build[1], I'm reopening
this BZ.

Moreover note that current documentation states:

> Mozilla Firefox 24 or later, on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
> is required to access the Administration Portal.

Which doesn't seem to explain the issue at all.

Removed the workaround part. We can have just warning info regarding the browser version in know issue text.
