Doc Text:	When the user tried to create a mask using the Security column in the Edit VDB Data Role dialogue, it would say, "No condition defined". The code has been fixed so that you can now create it with either a condition or by masking an empty column.	Story Points:	---

When I try to create masking using the Security column in Edit VDB Data Role dialogue. It says: "No condition defined". I don't want to create a condition and also creating condition on column doesn't make sense in my opinion.

Discovered this issue while trying to verify TEIIDDES-2261
