I installed lightning-devel, which includes an "info" manual.
I expected the info manual to be linked into the top-level info "dir"
file.  However, it is not.

You can reproduce with:

$ yum install lightning-devel
$ info

Then when info starts, try "m lightning".
This fails since there is no menu entry.

I didn't look into the sources but this problem usually has one
of two causes:

1. The info file is missing "dir entries".
2. The RPM forgets to invoke install-info

lightning-2.0.4-2.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Package lightning-2.0.4-2.fc20:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing lightning-2.0.4-2.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.

lightning-2.0.4-2.fc20 has been pushed to the Fedora 20 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
