as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.10-2 on qa server.

How reproducible:
100% on chrome 31

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter create case page.
https://tcms.app.qa.eng.nay.redhat.com/case/new/
2.Click add category btn.

Actual results:
There is a js error in console.
Uncaught ReferenceError: showAddAnotherPopup is not defined 

Expected results:
There is no error.
