Description of problem:
Enabling a watchdog device on VM in edit menu does not work in some languages (Japanese (日本語), Chinese (中文), Espanol, Portuguese).

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to WebAdmin with Japanese Setting
2. Select a VM and open the Edit ("編集") menu
3. Click "Show Advanced Options" ("詳細オプションを表示")
4. Click "High Availability" ("高可用性")
5. Select the "Watchdog Model" ("ウォッチドッグモデル"), "Watchdog Action" ("ウォッチドッグアクション") and "OK" to close the menu
6. Reopen thae menu and verify the Watchdog Model or Action, but there are blank fields.

Actual results:
Watchdog device is not added.

Expected results:
Watchdog device is added.

oVirt 3.5 has been released and should include the fix for this issue.
