Upload file via flash plugin
SELinux is preventing /usr/lib64/firefox/plugin-container from 'getattr' accesses on the fifo_file .

If sie das plugin-Paket benutzen möchten
Then sie müssen die SELinux-Überwachung der Firefox-Plugins ausschalten.
Do
# setsebool -P unconfined_mozilla_plugin_transition 0

If sie denken, dass es plugin-container standardmässig erlaubt sein sollte, getattr Zugriff auf  fifo_file zu erhalten.
Then sie sollten dies als Fehler melden.
Um diesen Zugriff zu erlauben, können Sie ein lokales Richtlinien-Modul erstellen.
Do
zugriff jetzt erlauben, indem Sie die nachfolgenden Befehle ausführen:

Were you using a bluetooth device when this happened?

Yes an BT device(cellular phone) was connect, but only to receive an file.
