The post-un script returns 1 on rhel7. I believe that this is due to the fact that the output of 

LC_ALL=C service goferd status | grep 'is running' && service goferd restart

is 

Redirecting to /bin/systemctl status  goferd.service

on RHEL7

This was delivered with Satellite 6.0 which was released on 10 September 2014.
