Which AMD64 release is this for? Should this bug be closed, or shoudl arch be changed? Under FC1 I've had real performance problems on both my home and work PIII (i686) boxes, in that when I click on the RedHat menu and I haven't clicked on it for a while, the menu takes around 15s to pop up, and during this time the panel doesn't work. On subsequent clicks the menu pops up immediately, but when left again for a while it goes back to naff performance. I did not notice this slowdown under RH8/9. Is some sort of icon cache being rebuilt? Changing arch, this is not x86_64, but i386. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 115681 *** Changed to 'CLOSED' state since 'RESOLVED' has been deprecated. |
