Description of problem:
vNic profile should be removed from General parameters in Instance Type dialog.
In Instance Type there is no cluster level so there is no options to select profile from the drop down.
Suggest - instead of removing all this part the only option is to type number of vNic.

this is an RFE and not going to make it to 3.6 - removing target release.
