git-annex-debuginfo-5.20140717-3.fc22 is empty. Looks like that for some reason, previously there wasn't -debuginfo at all.

This is my fault...

For F22 I am testing to see if it makes sense to enable debuginfo
for Haskell packages like git-annex that contain a little C code.

Hmm need to look into why the debuginfo is empty - probably need
to pass -g to gcc somehow.  This is really a ghc-rpm-macros bug.
