Topic: 41339

The following changes must be made:

* Change references to 'Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Installer web user interface' to 'user interface'.
* Convert the "Summary" formal para block into a standard para block.
* Remove the procedure title.
* Convert step titles into standard sentences.
* Clarify how users boot machines over the network - where is this done?
* Remove the "Result" formal para block entirely.

Checked in topic 41723-710088 and 41399-709983.

The topics now refer to the 'user interface'. The Summary block has been converted to a standard para block, and the Result para has been removed. Steps have been revised for clarity, and to remove step titles.

The procedure title was also removed from the RHCI topic 41723.
