Description of problem:
Our developer found a bug is default RHEL7 scons version 2.3.0.
And asking for a newer Version of Scons. I saw that "Fedora Project" was
the package of scons-2.3.0-1.el7.noarch, is it possible to get a newer
Version of Scons >= 2.3.1 as EPEL 7 package ?


Expected results:
A newer Version of Scons >= 2.3.1 as EPEL 7 package

Hello,

I see the scons package :

scons.noarch                   2.3.3-1.el7                    epel-testing  

It is round about one month in "epel-testing",
what do yo think when will it be released in "epel" ?

PS: We using this version no this month on ~25 RHEL7 Workstations,
    and for now I did not get a negativ feedback from our developers.
