This is the same issue as bug #1093204.

gupnp-av should come with gupnp-av-1.0.deps and gupnp-av-1.0.vapi.

gupnp-dlna should come with gupnp-dlna-2.0.deps and vapi, plus gupnp-dlna-gst-2.0.deps and vapi.

All of these files go in /usr/share/vala/vapi

These files are needed to build Rygel for example.

gupnp-av-0.12.6-5.fc21,gupnp-dlna-0.10.2-6.fc21 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 21.

Package gupnp-av-0.12.6-5.fc21, gupnp-dlna-0.10.2-6.fc21:

* was pushed to the Fedora 21 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing gupnp-av-0.12.6-5.fc21 gupnp-dlna-0.10.2-6.fc21'
as soon as you are able to.

gupnp-av-0.12.6-5.fc21, gupnp-dlna-0.10.2-6.fc21 has been pushed to the Fedora 21 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
