Description of problem:

When using the lvm2app library the property get
function  lvm_lv_get_property(lv, "lv_tags")
fails to return the tags. It also fails to return
"lv_path" and the corresponding lvm_pv_get_property()
no longer returns "pv_tags" for physical volumes. I
have not tried to get vg tags.
