The described issue is similar to bug 1124580 and probably should be solved accordingly - hence, adding as depends on. This is in fact the icon column for the "Attached To" column yet in case of an unattached (floating) disk, there is no icon so the behavior is correct. The N/A tooltip on the other hand is not a correct behavior so I've changed the tooltip in that case to show "Unattached", that way it will be clear what it refers to.
