Description of problem:
Either the output from wkhtmltopdf is reporting the wrong version, or the wrong version was built:
wkhtmltopdf 
You need to specify atleast one input file, and exactly one output file
Use - for stdin or stdout

rpm -q wkhtmltopdf
wkhtmltopdf-0.11.0-0.2.rc1.el7.1.x86_64

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

So if it is misreporting the version I would suggest a patch, if the version is just wrong and the RPM is labelled wrong, well, I reckon they should be unified.
