Description of problem:
Koji's download-logs does not seem to work. The task id is found, but nothing
is download. Downloading tasks works fine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
koji-1.9.0-4.fc20.noarch

How reproducible:
every-time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. koji download-logs --nvr ypserv-2.32.1-5.fc22

Actual results:
no logs downloaded

Expected results:
logs downloaded

Additional info:
Task is found correctly, only downloading does not work. When downloading the logs from task id it works as well.

It seems to me like the code was supposed to work as the patch fixes that, it is only indented differently now.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
