Description of problem:

An excerpt from wget's manual page:

...
       -nv
       --no-verbose
           Turn off verbose without being completely quiet (use -q for that),
           which means that error messages and basic information still get
           printed.

       -nv
       --report-speed=type
           Output bandwidth as type.  The only accepted value is bits.
...

Obviously, -nv is only synonymous to --no-verbose, not to --report-speed, and should therefore be removed from the latter.
