Description of problem:

Fuse 6.1 Management Console, when creating container from profile, the dropdown box to select the opnshift domain is "empty", one cannot add the domain name. In my case the list should be populated with the only domain I have "aubbiali"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into Fuse management Console: http://fuse61-aubbiali.rhcloud.com (user admin, password jGUfwWbh-zYF)
2. go to the Wiki  root/fabric/profiles/example/quickstarts/eip  or follow this URL: http://fuse61-aubbiali.rhcloud.com/hawtio/index.html#/wiki/branch/1.0/view/fabric/profiles/example/quickstarts/eip.profile
  
3.Press the New button

4. Fill out form, Domain is mandatory but cannot be selected

Actual results:
 Domain drop down is empty

Expected results:
 Domain drop down should contain list of domains (in my case, at least "aubbiali")

Note that this bug is filed against the downloadable fuse cartridge.

Did you provide your openshift credentials and click "login to openshift"?  The domain information will not be populated until you do that.

I just tested it and it appears to work for me.
