This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

If still interested, I have updated spyder to v2.3.7 on Rawhide. After I play around with it a bit, I will build on epel7.

epel7 branch already requested and created. I will build soon.

Actually, this won't work till we have python-rope. I have already contacted the maintainer about this dep.
