Package xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.916-2.fc21.x86_64 is the one causing gnome freeze. All other above mentioned packages are up-to-date. xorg-x11-drv-intel is the only downgraded now. Its installation/update causes the reported problem. This message is a reminder that Fedora 21 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 21. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '21'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. Description of problem: I updated system with latest packages. After the reboot, the system hanged in a moment I opened any application. I did a hard reboot and jumped to CRTL+ALT+F4 to see 'top' activity. When I logged in the Gnome (on F1 screen) and started application, Xorg process went to 100%.
