Description of problem:

I updated OSE to 2.1.6 [1], but I couldn't confirm the updated version information in /etc/openshift-enterprise-release. Please see following result.

[root@node1 ~]# rpm -qf /etc/openshift-enterprise-release
openshift-enterprise-release-2.1.6-1.el6op.noarch
[root@node1 ~]# cat /etc/openshift-enterprise-release 
OpenShift Enterprise 2.1.5
