Description of problem:
When try to vote for a single quickstart in IE10, The "+" and "-" are displayed incorrectly, and chrome 37& firefox 32 & IE11 has not this issue. Detail refer to attachment.

1.sign into community
2.try to vote for a single quickstart
3.check the "+" and "-" below votes.

Actual results:
Display incorrectly.
