This is fixed in F20-rawhide already.  We'll review F19.

The commit that added the buggy code was 0e40d35637d68f654b66f4562c9a914be7d06bd1 which was contained in 3.15-rc1.  F19 is not impacted here.

Closing this out as we've already fixed everything there is to be fixed in some manner.
