Description of problem:


By default staypuft configure bridge map for VLANs in plugin.ini

[OVS]
network_vlan_ranges=physnet-external
bridge_mappings=physnet-external:br-ex


This info should be visible to user post installation 

User will need it to configured external VLANs -

 neutron net-create ext_net --provider:network_type vlan --provider:physical_network physnet-external
--provider:segmentation_id <VLAN-ID>
--router:external=True

For new deployments, please, use RHOSP director (starting with version 7).
