Description of problem:
@39671/Postgres

In the Content types tab, clicking on the 'Edit content type' or
'Delete content type' links does absolutely nothing.

The first is especially serious, as it makes it impossible to apply
default workflow & lifecycles to a type, blocking most automated testing.
