rsync 3.0+ has slow performance.

# rsync -av --progress /mnt/sda2/test /mnt/sdb2/test

sda2 - SATA WDC WD10EALX-229BA0
sdb2 - SSD PLEXTOR PX-256M3

3.0.9: 36 Mbytes/sec
3.1.1: 65 Mbytes/sec
