Describe the issue: 
User Guide: only calls out katello-agent not puppet-agent, suggestion: change "10.4.2. Installing the Katello Agent" to "10.4.2. Installing the Katello Agent and Puppet Agent"
and add puppet-agent instructions to that section alongside katello-agent.

Install Guide: The only mention of Red Hat Common repo "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 Server - RH Common RPMs x86_64 Repository" is in "1.3. Red Hat Satellite 6 Server Installation Workflow" section.  It needs to be more prominent - maybe in "Chapter 4. Populating Red Hat Satellite with Content" state what is Red Hat Commons repo and why customer needs to sync it for client registration and installing client side pkgs.
