v3.8.11-1 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a run report page.
https://tcms-devel.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/run/72996/report/
2.Inspect the comments for caseruns

Actual results:
there is no author for each caserun.

Expected results:
system show the caserun's author.
