Section Number and Name: Current status

Describe the issue: 
Current status is set to In Development, Phase 1 while Bug #1081049 is in status Verified.
It is not clear if the whole feature is included in 3.5.0 as stated in the target or if something will be postponed to later releases like phases from 3 to 5.
If so, please split this Feature, listing here only things targeted to 3.5 and open a new one for features targeted to 3.6.

Suggestions for improvement: 
Please add test cases to the feature page, can't find them also in http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.5_TestDay. You can use http://www.ovirt.org/QA:TestCase_Hosted_Engine_Tagged_VLAN_Support as template

Moving pending bugs not fixed in 3.5.0 to 3.5.1.

Piotr please do a fast small wiki only what was done in 3.5,
including all the behaviour changes adeed  lately + description of the fallback mechanism.

Including the UI and config items.

oVirt 3.5.1 has been released and since this bug is targeted 3.5.1 and in modified state, it should be included in this release.
Please re-target and move nack to modified if this assumption is not valid for this bug.
