One patch is not merged yet - moving back to POST. Last patch was merged in 3.4.4. Snapshot creation succeeded while disks were created on a RHEL7 host and the VM was started and snapshot created by a RHEL6 host. Tested also the inverse scenario (created disks with the RHEL6 host, started the VM and created snaopshot with the RHEL7 host). Tested the following matrix: - thik disk on block domain - thin disk on block domain - thin disk on file domain - thik disk on file domain - snapshot with and without memory Also, restore snapshots succeeded Used rhev3.4.4 av13.1 Hosts OSs: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago) Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo) Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory, and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2014-1946.html |
