Description of problem:
docker-registry requires a newer version of python-redis, I have built and tested the latest package from Fedora with a few changes to the rpm macros and it resolves the issue with docker-registry. Please consider updating to the latest in EPEL6.

I've package it here:
https://maxamillion.fedorapeople.org/python-redis-2.10.3-1.0.1.el6.src.rpm

I've also requested co-maintainership for EPEL branches as I would like to assist in their continued maintenance.
