What steam client?

The steam version is the one matching the date: I don't recall the exact version. I suggest you try the last one to see if the issue is still around.
Anyway, I cannot test anymore: my fedora rawhide died. I may install a fresh rawhide in the futur. Can't tell. You can close the bug if you wish.
