Description of problem:
Thanks for updating ShellCheck master to 0.3.4.
However I noticed the build failed on ARM :-(

due to the use of TemplateHaskell it seems.

AFAICT template-haskell is only being used for some
QuickCheck tests that are defined in several of the
library modules... so a workaround for now seems
to be to skip though test functions on ARM
though it is not ideal.

I am hoping that ghc-7.8.3 (coming soon to Rawhide)
may fix some of the TemplateHaskell issues we have
been seeing on ARM.

Okay I went ahead and "commented" out on ARM the runTests which are
triggering the TemplateHaskell, which fixes the build. :)

Thank you for having taken care of the ARM issue. I currently don't have much time to give to my packages but I'll submit updates this evening. Already did a vcsh update, now I'll do ShellCheck.
