Description of problem:
Default jenkins installation has a broken symlink:
/usr/share/jenkins/catalina_base/webapps/jenkins/WEB-INF/lib/jcommon-1.0.17.jar points to /usr/share/java/jcommon.jar while the correct path is /usr/share/java/jcommon/jcommon.jar

jcommon-1.0.23-1.fc21.noarch

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install jenkins
2. ls -la /usr/share/jenkins/catalina_base/webapps/jenkins/WEB-INF/lib/jcommon-1.0.17.jar

Actual results:
Incorrect symlink to /usr/share/java/jcommon.jar

Expected results:
Correct symlink to /usr/share/java/jcommon/jcommon.jar
