Description of problem:
When there are multiple volumes on which quota is enabled, all of their crawler processes write to the same file - DEFAULT_LOG_FILE_DIRECTORY/quota-crawl.log

This makes it difficult to read the logs and also makes the log-file ugly when multiple processes write to the same file without any synchronization.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 volumes, start and mount them. Create data under them.
2. Enable quota on both of them.
3. This will launch crawlers for both the volumes.

Actual results:
The log-file will have a mix of client logs messages for all files.

Expected results:
Let there be one crawler log-file per volume.
