This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

For case of Fedora 23 / Fedora 24 branches split this issue was fixed upstream via:

For case of Fedora 24 / Fedora 25 branches split the upstream PR is here:
  * https://github.com/OpenSCAP/scap-security-guide/pull/1237

(intentionally keeping this bug open so SSG upstream won't forget to update CPE list for Fedora benchmark in the future).
